This elegant girl requires large amounts of affection in the sweetest, most charismatic way. A cute squeak here, an endearing pose there, oops now she's under your hand (or paw or wing), so you should probably give in and praise her already. She does feel entitled to your love, but she will never throw a fit or get grumpy if she doesn't receive what she knows she deserves. Instead, she will chip away slowly at your outer shell until she can reach your soft center. She is accustomed to getting what she wants due to a combination of charm and persistence. When she meets someone who is willing to give in to her solicitations, she will take all they are offering. First it's tender care, sweet words, then it easily progresses into carrying her around and bringing meals to her. She will reciprocate with the utmost appreciation and fondness, but you will never see her running errands for someone.

Her thin, graceful body and wings are almost entirely light shiny silver, nearly white. A medium silver crawls in a filigree pattern up the tip of her tail, swirling and ending before reaching her abdomen. Along the topmost edge of her wings, the same medium silver is strung along like string lights of different hanging lengths. While her eyes change color like any Firelizard, her default tends to be the most precious baby blue.

This Tremor is covered in a pleasant light brown, the color of beige tree bark. While generally solid in color, specks and flakes of white and light blue trickle across her body like snowfall. As an Antimatter Firelizard, her wings sit detached and separate from her back. These wings are covered entirely in bright white, like two icy clouds hovering above a sea of trees, raining their flakes down across the rest of her. The sparkling clusters of antimatter that circle her headknobs are two striking colors, especially compared to the rest of her—rich, royal purple and deep, vivid green. Her antimatter breath is the same twister and shimmer of radiant purple and green particles, exploding in a brilliant display of otherworldly hues.

Cosmia is as mysterious as the source of the mutated Firelizards. She is usually calm and fleeting, appearing for brief moments before disappearing again. She may not be seen for days at a time, then suddenly be watching from afar or happen to be at the site of strange happenings (unlikely coincidental). The majority of the time, her eyes range from icy blue to pale beige. However, when threatened, her eyes will flash between royal purple and vivid green and she may become incredibly unpredictable and aggressive. Generally, her hostility is towards justified targets, though sometimes her raging antimatter gets too close for comfort or her violence is geared towards someone who doesn't quite deserve it. She hates physical touch and will growl at anyone who gets too close. She also never shows affectionate to anyone—it will forever be unknown if she even likes her bond.

Mutation » Antimatter Firelizards

What finally did in the Red Star were engines comprised of a substance called antimatter, which exploded upon the star’s surface. These firelizards seemed to have mutated due to close proximity to this substance, and can now control it at will. They have also undergone some physical changes as well, due to this. Most notably are the fact that their wings are separated from their bodies; they float above their backs, separated by about two inches of space between their shoulder blades and wing joints. They still move and operate like normal wings. They also have small clusters of antimatter that circles around their head knobs, very tiny particles that the naked eye can’t see as anything but colorful flecks of dust. Instead of fire they breathe, you guessed it, antimatter, which looks like a stream of sparkling particles. It explodes upon contact to certain things, the main one being Thread.

Sir Loin's biggest passion in life is food. Food is really the only thing he gets excited about. Other than that, he is an extremely chill fellow, happy to hang out with anyone as long as he can lounge around. Now, his intentions might be simple, but his taste buds are complex. He does tend to like the finer things in life--rare ingredients, meals prepared by the top weyrd chefs, appetizers on a silver platter, etc. Simultaneously, he's willing to eat just about anything if he is hungry enough. And let's be real: he's pretty much always hungry. He can be lazy much of the time, but he is also willing to trek long distances if there is a promising meal at the end of it. He also can't be that mindless if he seems to always be aware of the location of the next big foodie opportunity--maybe he's more observant than he lets on.

​

With a big appetite comes a big belly. His entire body is a giant swirl of black and white, like a pinwheel culminating smack dab in the middle of his abdomen. It can be rather hypnotizing if you stare at it long enough and you pretty much always have the opportunity since he typically sits or lays with his belly exposed. His wings only look small due to their comparison to his large mid-section, but they are still very capable of carrying him around--he's just a bit slower than most Firelizards and needs to take more frequent breaks. His eyes are usually some shade of violet, signaling 'happy but also want food'. You may notice his eyes turn more blue once he gets a substantial meal.
